1. Bookings

Bookings depend on hotel availability and the hotel’s house rules. You must provide accurate guest details. Adults and children together must not exceed the selected room type’s maximum occupancy. Unless stated otherwise, each checkout is for one room.

2. Payments

Payment is processed by the gateway you select (e.g. Chapa for ETB, Stripe for international cards). A pending hold may expire if payment is not completed in time. Prices shown include the room rate for the selected nights; taxes or fees disclosed at checkout also apply.

3. Cancellation & refunds

Cancellation and refunds follow the hotel’s policy shown on the listing and any notes at checkout. No-shows may be charged per that policy.

4. Guest conduct

You agree to respect hotel property, local law, and community standards on reviews and uploads. ShebaTrip may remove abusive content and cancel abusive accounts.

5. Platform role

ShebaTrip provides the marketplace connecting guests and hotels. The hotel is responsible for the stay, facilities, and on-property safety. See also our Privacy Policy and hotel partnership terms for properties.
