1. Data we collect

Name, email, phone, booking dates, payment references, and technical logs (IP, device) needed to run the service. Approximate location may be inferred from IP to suggest nearby cities (cached; not sold).

2. How we use it

To complete bookings, support stays, prevent fraud, meet legal/tax duties, and improve the Platform. We do not sell personal data.

3. Sharing

Hotels receive guest details required for the stay. Payment gateways process card/mobile money data under their own policies. We may disclose information when required by law.

4. Retention & security

We keep records as needed for bookings, disputes, and legal obligations. Access is limited to operational need.

5. Your choices

You may request correction of account details via your guest account or hotel admin tools. Marketing kit opt-in for hotels is separate and can be withdrawn in writing.
